We are committed to protecting your privacy when dealing with your personal information. The following privacy policies tell you about how we collect your data, how we use it and how we protect it. NNIMRI Center Services Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Pre-payment policy

We may require full payment to secure your appointment.

The remainder of your service fee is required to be paid in full at the NNI accountant office during the working hours or at the reception desk after working ours, in weekends and holidays, not later than at the end of your investigation.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the time of your appointment. You can do this either mailing us at office@innirm.md, by replying at our appointment confirmation or via the phone at +373 22 808020 and providing us schedule number and reappointment date and time.

If your booking is less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment, you can reschedule but you may be asked to step by for pre-payment of new schedule to confirm it.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend at the appointment time, you agree to let us know at the earliest opportunity. Appointments, can be cancelled up to 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You can do this either by replying to our e-mail appointment confirmation to office@innirm.md, or via the phone at +373 22 808020 and providing us schedule number for cancellation.

Late Policy

To provide the best possible service to all our patients, we ask you to contact us if you are running late so we can make all necessary arrangements to ensure you receive our services. As our Center is very busy, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or wait for an available slot so that all our patients receive the best possible service.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment without our prior agreement, we may consider you to have failed to attend, in which case, you will not be eligible rescheduling.

Failure to attend

If you fail to attend your appointment or are more than 30 minutes late to your booked appointment within 4 hours of the scheduled start date you will be deemed to have missed your appointment. You will not be eligible for rescheduling.

NNIMRI Center will require full payment in advance from any patients deemed to have abused its terms and conditions, or who has previously failed to attend, cancelled or rescheduled a booked appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible pre-payments or deposits will be made to the card originally used to make the original booking or in cash at the INN cashier. We will process your refund within 5 working days of the request. Once we have processed your refund to your card, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement as the time taken by your bank to credit the refund on your statement is outside of our control.

Refunds caused by aborted investigation will cause an investigation report generation by the service team and doctors prior to announce you the amount of refunds. We cannot refund any medications, once they have been administered or dispensed prior or during investigation. Please let us up to 3 working days to complete all necessary forms and obtain refunds value and approval, after what we will process your refund within 5 working days. Once we have processed your refund to your card, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement as the time taken by your bank to credit the refund on your statement is outside of our control.

Privacy

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you understand, have read and will abide by Patient Privacy Policy (all as updated from time to time in accordance with its terms), which is part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
